Although some students sometimes stay for a whole school year, most students leave as soon as a place becomes available in their chosen international school, sometimes with only a day's notice. For this reason fees are charged and paid a week at a time.
Days missed for interviews in destination schools or illness are charged at half the daily rate based on the week's fees.

Where a child needs special help or teaching in addition to the already very close and personal service given, parents may be asked to contribute towards the additional cost of a special teacher or assistant.
Books and photocopies are charged for periodically and are not included in the fees. Students are asked to bring their own stationery including pens, pencils and calculators where applicable.

If a booking for a place is made for more than a month ahead, a week's fees are asked for as a deposit. This deposit can then be used to pay for the first week of the student's teaching. The deposit is non-refundable if another student has been denied a place as a result of the booking not being taken up.
